Your order will be processed and shipped at the earliest time possible following submission of your order. Orders are generally processed and shipped within 1 ordinary business day excluding weekends and holidays. Customers requiring overnight or two day shipping should contact a Phenomenal Solutions, Inc. representative by telephone, email, or fax before placing their order online to ensure that the order is processed as quickly as possible. Orders shipped by UPS ground usually arrive within 4 to 7 business days of processing depending upon the ultimate destination. Orders shipped by United States Postal Service (USPS) Priority Mail usually arrive within 3 business days again depending upon the ultimate destination. All shipping and handling charges are priced at U.S. currency rates. All prices and shipping rates are subject to change without notice. Our primary couriers are UPS and USPS. Pricing, Payments and Typographical Errors All prices for products and services are based in U.S. currency and are subject to change without notice. In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, Phenomenal Solutions, Inc. shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for products listed with incorrect prices. Phenomenal Solutions, Inc. shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, Phenomenal Solutions, Inc. shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.
